On the edge of the village green this garden was blessed with huge yew hedges and topiary pieces that determined our ideas for the garden. Additional yew blocks and curving high beech hedges divide the space. Pleached hedges and mature evergreen and deciduous tree species were planted for screening. A box parterre, formal water garden and perennial borders were added.
