Deep in the West Sussex countryside this garden around an old farm includes croquet lawn and formal topiary gardens near the house leading to perennial borders along a lime walk and a walled vegetable garden. Overlooking surrounding fields we created a perennial meadow using ornamental grasses and hot coloured perennials planted in deep geometric borders. A later barn garden included pollarded willows and gravel planting.
